Most people who come to us have put this off for a while, often for years. Here is exactly what happens, so there are no surprises.

Consultation
It starts on the phone. You'll speak to our reception team or to Dr Brad's treatment coordinator, who know the implant process well and will take the time to understand where you're up to — including how you're feeling about it. Then a relaxed, unhurried assessment: we listen first, examine thoroughly, and explain what's possible, including whether treatment is the right answer at all.

Your plan
A clear written plan with your options, the pros and cons of each, timings and a total cost — not a starting figure that grows. It is very rare for that price to change once treatment is underway. Take it away and think about it. There is no pressure and no deadline.

Treatment
Precise, comfortable treatment with modern scanning, and you'll know what to expect at every stage before it happens. Sedation ranges from a tablet taken beforehand simply to calm the nerves, through to IV sedation carried out by a dedicated medical doctor who comes in to assist. For longer, more complex cases Dr Brad will recommend it as a matter of course.

Aftercare
We strongly recommend everyone comes back for routine examinations, so we can keep an eye on your oral health and on the implants themselves. After more complex work such as All-on-4, that means a review every six to nine months alongside regular hygiene appointments, to keep the gums around the new teeth healthy. The same surgeon who placed your implants looks after them afterwards.
